If you want a safer loft, the installation of a light is a great way to begin. I will supply and fit the light, and will also add a pull switch assuming that no lighting is currently installed.
The job will take 2-3 hours and my fixed price offer is £135.00. The customer will clear the access to the loft space.

The normal price for this job would be £175.00 you SAVE £40.00
